The Comfort Trap

I was introduced to the writing of Kahlil Gibran by a friend 25 years ago and have loved him ever since (well his words at least).
This quote, is one of my favourites and one I try to mull on regularly. In this age where 'more is more' the reign of  comfort over our lives and choices is entrenched.

Perhaps today is a good day to step out of our silken, cushioned cocoons and brave Lifes' uncomfortable stare.
