Blogger Tools - Planning Templates (& why you should use one)

There comes a time when 'freewheeling' your side hustle just does not work... I was going to write 'anymore', but really did it ever work?

My Dad's favourite expressions all revolve around the idea of planning; little nuggets of wisdom like:

'Plan your work & work your plan'

Perhaps it was adolescent rebellion against 'things Dad says' that lead me to create a life that was a planning vacuum.

I made 'winging it' an art form; problem is, my art was more 'Picasso' than 'Rembrandt'..... all noses and eyes in the wrong place (and don't get me started on where my ears ended up!)

No more however, I am making being 'objective focused' my art form and I have to say this approach is a lot less stressful. Not so many forgotten priorities or the sudden drops in confidence that punctuated my earlier life.

I decided to share with you my Blog Post Planning template to encourage all those Bloggers in a planning vacuum (like old me) to start thinking about what vision they have for their work and by default how this vision is incorporated into each and every post they share with the world.

My template encourages Blog authors to think about their audience, what makes their target peeps smile and more importantly what value they can offer to their tribe.

The planner itself, is simple (and colourful, Yay!) but I guarantee it will get you thinking in a focused and strategic way.
